Hello everybody in Year 2.
We hope that everyone is keeping well and busy. Don’t forget that there are lots of school work ideas and other activities too on our school website.
Make sure that you do plenty of exercise too. This will keep you fit and healthy.
Here are some tips for indoor exercise:
- Warm up: put on a cheerful song and do a bit of aerobics (march on the spot, small jumps, wiggle hips, wave arms, do a free style dance)
- Body strength: How many squats/press ups/sit ups can you do in 1 minute?
- Teach your parents and siblings some Yoga
